Cassi Gritzmacher

Cassi Gritzmacher is an experienced communications professional with a background in brand marketing and strategic communication. Currently serving as the Head of Brand Marketing & Communications and Head of Communications at Found, Gritzmacher has also contributed as a Community Member at Mixing Board since March 2021. Previously, Gritzmacher worked as a Communications Strategist from August 2019 to November 2023, focusing on purpose-led companies through periods of change. Notable roles include Senior Communications Advisor and Interim VP of Communications at Beautycounter, where responsibilities included managing executive communications, and Senior Director of Communications & Social Impact at Away, driving global communications strategies. Gritzmacher holds a Bachelor of Science in Journalism with a focus on Public Relations from the University of Oregon.
