Joe Cipriani

Joe Cipriani currently serves as the Director of Legal & Compliance at Found since April 2024. Additionally, Joe holds a position on the Advisory Board for the Transformative Leadership Program at Seton Hall University's Stillman School of Business, a role started in February 2022. Since September 2021, Joe has been a Charter Member of TechGC and served as Special Counsel at Health Law Strategists, LLC for a brief period in early 2024. Previously, Joe worked as Senior Corporate Counsel at Truepill from May 2023 to April 2024 and as Commercial Counsel at Color from July 2022 to May 2023. Joe's extensive experience also includes serving as VP of Legal and People at Fusion Health and as an In-House Law Clerk at HealthTrio, LLC. Joe's legal career started with roles at Ossmann Law Office and a graduate capstone at the National MS Society. Educationally, Joe holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Denver, has completed executive education in Sustainable Capitalism and ESG at UC Berkeley, and earned a BS/MHA in Health Informatics and Health Administration from UCF College of Health Professions and Sciences.
