Stefanie Wolfson, MBA, PMP, is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in customer success and operations across various organizations. Currently serving as Vice President of B2B Strategy & Operations and Vice President of Customer Success at Found since May 2025, Stefanie previously held the role of Vice President of Success at Diagnostic Robotics, where essential post-sales functions were built and grown from inception. With a strong background in customer success management at Castlight Health, Stefanie led the largest channel partner team, enhancing customer retention and satisfaction. Stefanie commenced career at Blue Cross Blue Shield, focusing on internal operations and HR consulting, and earlier worked as a consultant at Stockamp & Associates. Educational credentials include an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a bachelor's degree from the Wisconsin School of Business.
