Ben Gammon

Ben Gammon has an extensive work experience spanning from 2008 to 2020. Ben began their career as a Sales Analyst Intern at Omega Automation in 2008. Ben then joined Heitman in 2009, where they held various roles, such as Acquisitions, Senior Portfolio Accountant, and Portfolio Accountant. In 2015, they joined REthink CRM, where they were the Lead Product Manager, Strategic Partnerships Manager, and Business Development. In 2017, they joined Amherst Residential as a Lead Product Manager for Single Family Residential. Finally, they joined Ladder in 2020 as the Vice President of Product.

Ben Gammon attended the University of Dayton where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Marketing. Prior to that, they attended Lexington Catholic HS.
