Philip Edsel has over 10 years of experience in the creative industry. In 2021, they began their current role as VP, Brand & Creative at Ladder. From 2020 to 2021, they were Creative Director at Austin FC. From 2017 to 2020, they were Creative Director and Content Creator & Creative Lead at W-Co. From 2014 to 2017, they were a Commercial Photographer & Director at Edsel Photo, specializing in active fashion, fitness and portraiture. From 2012 to 2014, they were a Creative Director. From 2011 to 2012, they were a Freelance Graphic and Web Designer. From 2009 to 2011, they were a Digital Marketing Assistant and Digital Marketing Intern at C3 Presents.

Philip Edsel attended Austin High School from 2003 to 2006 and then went on to The University of Texas at Austin, where they earned a degree in Rhetoric and Writing in 2010.
