Sydney Cho is a seasoned product management professional with extensive experience in the health and fitness technology sector. Currently at Ladder since October 2025, Sydney focuses on developing a premier health and fitness app. Previously, as Director of Product Management at AllTrails from 2021 to September 2025, Sydney oversaw core experiences and subscription growth, introducing new subscription tiers and augmented reality features. Prior roles at AllTrails include Group Product Manager, where Sydney led teams impacting millions of users, and Senior Product Manager, where Sydney established a successful search and discovery team.
