Kenneth Bechtel

Kenneth Bechtel has over 23 years of work experience in the security and compliance field. Kenneth began their career in 1997 as the Founder and Independent Researcher at Team Anti-Virus. Kenneth then moved to Tyco Electronics/AMP Inc in 1998 as a Computer Security Analyst. In 2004, they joined LockHeed Martin Corporation as a Virus Researcher. Kenneth then moved to Message Labs in 2011 as a Senior Malware Researcher. In 2012, they joined Symantec as a Sr Threat Researcher. In 2014, they joined Tenable Network Security as a Malware Research Analyst. In 2016, they joined Cylance Inc. as a Principal Malware Researcher. In 2017, they joined Cyber adAPT as a Research Analyst. In 2019, they joined Core BTS as a Cyber Incident Commander. Most recently, in 2022 they joined Massive as the Director of Compliance and Security.

Kenneth Bechtel attended the U.S. Army Intelligence School from 1984 to 1984, where they studied intelligence analysis. Prior to that, they attended Lebanon County Vo-Tech from 1979 to 1984. Kenneth also has certifications from the National Association For Search And Rescue, Middle Creek Search & Rescue, Emergency Management Institute, FEMA, and FEMA.
