Wout de Wit

Wout de Wit is an experienced architect specializing in biobased and passive house design, currently serving as a Biobased en Passiefhuis architect at BioBased Housing Solutions since January 2021, where the inaugural product BEEHOME has recently launched. Since May 2010, Wout has also led DE WIT architecten as a Biobased en Passiefhuis architect and co-founded JOINN! in August 2014, a conceptual brand promoting innovative spaces for leisure and work, with its first location operational in Houten since June 2015. Previous roles include Project Leader at Aerde and Architect/Owner at DE WIT VAN VELZEN architecten from 2007 to 2010, as well as Designer/Technical Draftsman at both Arches architecten BNA and Willems van de Brink architecten earlier in his career. Wout's academic background includes a Master of Architecture from Eindhoven University of Technology and ongoing studies at Windesheim and BNA.
