Aya O'Neal

Aya O'Neal currently serves as a Research Member and Student Presenter at the American Association for Cancer Research since January 2024, while also working as an Independent Researcher analyzing racial disparities in oncogenic gene expression. As the Founder and Executive Director of The Wings and Hearts Project, Aya organizes support groups for military spouses and manages user data. Aya is also the Chapter Founder and President of the One Love Foundation and serves as the Community Outreach Coordinator for the YMCA Youth and Government initiative. Additionally, Aya holds various leadership roles in organizations like the American Mock Trial Association and the Boy Scouts of America. Education includes ongoing studies at the University of California, Santa Cruz, and dual enrollment programs at multiple institutions, with a focus on developing a strong foundation in community service, leadership, and research.
