Dave Costello

Dave Costello is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Vice President of Finance at Paradigm since 2022, Dave has also been a Board Member and Founder of Kengos, a company specializing in distinctively designed footwear made from plants, which was acquired in Summer 2022. Previous experience includes a consulting position at The Boston Consulting Group, and finance roles at LVMH, AbbVie, and Abbott Laboratories. Dave holds a BBA in Finance/Investments, graduating Summa Cum Laude from Baruch College, and an MBA from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management.
