Srishti Bhalla

Srishti Bhalla is an experienced product designer currently serving as the lead product designer for a portfolio of legal tech products at Paradigm since July 2022. Prior to this role, Srishti worked at Tara.AI and Skechers as a product designer. Earlier experience includes an associate product designer position at NextGen Aeronautics Swift, where Srishti contributed to designing products for a motion capture system in a stealth-mode initiative. Srishti holds a master's degree in Industrial and Product Design from the ArtCenter College of Design, an MBA in Innovation System Design and Business Strategy from the Drucker School of Management, and a Bachelor of Science in Design from Arizona State University.
