AJ Bruno is the Co-Founder and CEO of QuotaPath, a sales compensation management platform aimed at enhancing transparency and accuracy for GTM teams. Growing up in Pittsburgh, AJ cultivated skills in communication and performance through a childhood steeped in aviation and the arts. AJ studied economics at Penn State University and began their career in tech sales at Meltwater, where they significantly increased revenue as Managing Director. After founding TrendKite, which was sold for $225M, AJ launched QuotaPath to address common compensation challenges faced by revenue teams. In addition to leading QuotaPath, AJ co-hosts the podcast Topline, focusing on revenue leadership and team dynamics.
