Fred Mather

Fred Mather is a seasoned consultant, advisor, and investor with extensive experience in sales, sales management, marketing, operations, and business development across high-growth markets. They began their career in financial printing in London, progressing to significant roles at Bowne, where they helped grow revenues from $3M to $72M, and later at IntraLinks, where they led global sales and contributed to a revenue increase from $10M to $150M prior to its IPO in 2010. Fred has held leadership positions in SaaS and Adtech businesses, including Undertone and Trustpilot, and has been consulting since 2017, co-founding Advisewell in 2021 to provide strategic advisory services. Currently, they serve as the Executive Vice Chairman of Pavilion, a community designed for revenue leaders at high-growth companies.
