Josh Carter

Josh Carter serves as the Director of Demand Generation at Pavilion, a community for B2B go-to-market leaders, since September 2023. Concurrently, Carter acts as an advisor for Hubilo, an event tech platform, providing insights on product strategy and marketing. Previously, as Senior Marketing Manager for Koalafi, responsibilities included driving retailer acquisition and overseeing marketing operations. Prior experience also includes roles at Hatch, where marketing efforts focused on partnerships, and Blue Triangle, where Carter led marketing initiatives and significantly improved lead generation and conversion rates. Early in the career, Carter assisted with event organization and marketing analytics at THIncIT LLC. Josh Carter holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing from Virginia Commonwealth University.
