Josh Mait leads Pavilion’s marketing function, shaping the organization’s narrative, brand, and growth strategy with clear alignment to revenue, retention, and community value. He oversees Pavilion’s brand platform, demand and lifecycle marketing, member communications, content, and event activation, partnering with executive leadership to reinforce Pavilion as the world’s premier community for go-to-market leaders.
Before Pavilion, Josh co-founded 100 Yards, a growth marketing firm that serves as embedded strategic marketing leadership for executive teams across SaaS, fintech, and professional services. He also served as Chief Marketing Officer at Relationship Science, where he helped build the marketing infrastructure and drove accelerated customer acquisition, and held senior marketing and brand roles at Gerson Lehrman Group, Tattoo Brand Strategy, and Sullivan.
Josh’s work centers on connecting narrative with execution and building practical, scalable marketing systems that drive measurable growth. He holds a Bachelor of Arts from Washington University in St. Louis.
