Katherine Glavin has extensive experience in client success and marketing, currently serving as Vice President of Client Success & Delivery at Sermo since April 2023. Previously, Katherine held the position of Vice President of Client Marketing & Success at SAPinsider, where effective leadership contributed to client engagements across various services. Additional experience includes roles in communications and marketing with organizations such as the International Voices Project and Florida Studio Theatre, as well as co-founding Dickinson Publishing House.
