Victoria Ransom

Founder & Co-President at Prisma

Victoria Ransom's work experience includes founding and being the Co-President of Prisma since 2020. Victoria has also served as a Trustee at the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace since 2015, where they have been involved in various governance and strategic planning activities. Prior to that, they were a Founding Investor and Strategic Partner at Bowie Capital Management, LLC since 2014.

Ransom's experience at Google includes being the Director of Product for Google Shopping Express from December 2014 to October 2015. Before that, they were the Director of Product for Wildfire, a company acquired by Google in August 2012. As the Founder and CEO of Wildfire, they led the company to become a major player in the social marketing industry, achieving profitability within one year of launch and sustaining triple-digit revenue growth over four years.

Before their time at Google, Ransom founded and served as CEO of Access Trips, a global adventure travel company targeting young professionals. Victoria grew the company to offer over 40 different tours in 19 countries and successfully sold it in 2010.

Ransom's earliest work experience was as a Financial Analyst in the Media Group at Morgan Stanley from January 2000 to September 2001.
