Aaron Nichols is an experienced real estate professional currently serving as Team Leader and Realtor at The Nichols Real Estate Team since March 2021. Previously, Aaron held the role of Outreach Pastor at Centreville Baptist Church from September 2020 to March 2022, contributing to the Executive Leadership Team and fostering community outreach programs. As a Co-Founder of Your Next Story, a non-profit organization established in August 2020, Aaron worked to aid the formerly incarcerated in securing employment during their re-entry process. Aaron's background also includes serving as a Church Planter at Mosaic City Church from 2017 to 2020 and as Pastor of Community at Calvary Church from 2014 to 2017. Educationally, Aaron earned a Master of Theology focused on Organizational Leadership from Dallas Theological Seminary and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from George Mason University.
