Alan Rickert

Alan Rickert has extensive experience in both real estate and engineering, currently serving as a Real Estate Agent at Real since June 2022. Previously, Alan worked at Verizon Business from February 2004 to December 2015 as a Specialist Engineer III, managing firewalls and addressing security concerns for clients. Prior to that, Alan held the position of Network Engineer III at UUNet/MCI/WorldCom, where leadership skills were demonstrated by overseeing a team of 13 engineers focused on high-speed internet support. Alan began career in engineering as a Network Engineer II, excelling in customer service and training new hires. Alan graduated with a Bachelor's degree in International Business from Slippery Rock University between 1995 and 1999.
