Andy Nelson

Andy Nelson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in real estate, currently serving as a Real Estate Advisor at Elite Real Estate Los Cabos since June 2023, and as a Realtor with Real since January 2021. Prior to these roles, Andy worked as a Realtor at THE Home Team NW for nearly six years and held various positions in community and youth development, including Recreation Supervisor for the City of University Place and Senior Youth Director at the YMCA of Tacoma Pierce County. Andy's career also includes significant contributions to the sports sector, such as an Assistant Basketball Coach at the University of Puget Sound and Director of Community Relations for MVP Physical Therapy. An early career in education as an Educational Planner at Tacoma Community College laid the foundation for strong leadership and communication skills. Andy holds a Master's degree in Sports Management from Old Dominion University and a Bachelor's degree in Interdisciplinary Arts and Sciences from the University of Washington.
