Eric Larkin

Eric Larkin is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in the Cocoa Beach area and throughout Brevard County, Florida. Currently serving as the President of The Courtyards of Suntree HOA since January 2025, Eric actively contributes to community development. As a Broker Associate at Real Broker, LLC since September 2021, Eric utilizes digital platforms to assist clients in their relocation journeys. Eric's previous roles include various Broker Associate positions at notable firms such as REMAX Aerospace, RE/MAX Solutions Brevard, and Coldwell Banker Real Estate, alongside leadership positions in networking organizations like BNI and the Space Coast Association of REALTORS®, where Eric served as Tech Committee Chairman. Having been in the real estate industry since 2003, Eric specializes in residential real estate and short sales, dedicated to delivering exceptional service to customers. Eric is a graduate of Cocoa Beach High School.
