Grant Ousley

Grant Ousley is a seasoned professional with diverse experience in real estate, sales, coaching, and community leadership. Currently serving as a Realtor at Real since May 2023, Ousley also works at Joplin Floor Designs as both a Salesperson and Warehouse Manager, overseeing the reception and storage of luxury flooring materials. As a Leadership Coach with American Pursuit Consulting, LLC since September 2015, Ousley aids individuals and organizations in overcoming limiting beliefs to achieve their goals. Additionally, Ousley has been the Youth and College Director at Grace Baptist Church in Joplin, MO since September 2011, responsible for ministry leadership and event coordination. Previous experience includes serving as a Site Supervisor for Rebuild Joplin, where contributions to rebuilding efforts for tornado victims were facilitated. Ousley holds a Master's degree in Organizational Leadership from Evangel University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and Business from Missouri Southern State University.
