Joel Kirsch

Joel Kirsch has extensive experience in various roles within sales, growth, and security domains. Currently serving as the Vice President of Agent Growth and Experience at Real since January 2018, Joel has also held positions as Director of Growth and Senior Sales & Recruiting Manager. Previously, Joel worked at Yext as a Sales Associate and at HKS Capital Partners, LLC. as a Broker, where responsibilities included originating financing opportunities and advising borrowers. Joel's background also includes service as a Combat Medic in the Army National Guard, a Security/Protection Agent at Tectus Security Services Ltd., and roles in inventory management and metal fabrication. Joel holds a degree in Homeland Security Studies from Tulane University and has further education from Delgado Community College.
