Mariano Steisel is the Founder and CEO of The Watch Aficionado, with over 25 years of experience in luxury retail, particularly in high-end watches and jewelry, focusing on bespoke concierge client experiences. Currently, Mariano also serves as a Licensed Real Estate Agent at Real, leveraging extensive local market knowledge to enhance client experiences in real estate transactions. As the Chapter Head of RedBar Group, the largest watch collectors club globally, Mariano fosters a community of watch enthusiasts through events and shared passions. Previous roles include Store Director and Southeast Regional Training Manager at Tourneau, Director of Sales and Operations at Suisselux, Inc., National Director of Field Operations at Jewelry Repair Enterprises, and Store Manager at Zale. Mariano holds multiple certifications in watchmaking and business management, including a Graduate Gemologist degree from the Gemological Institute of America.
