Monica Rutledge

Monica Rutledge, MBA, MPA, is an experienced professional in the fields of real estate and risk management. Currently serving as a Real Estate Agent at Real since April 2024 and previously at eXp Realty, LLC, Monica has also been a Business Owner at Valley Mills Farm, LLC since July 2017. Prior roles include Manager of Risk Management and Assistant Claims Management at Solution Services Corp. from January 2018 to July 2021, and Risk Manager at Sentara RMH Medical Center from August 2006 to January 2018. Earlier experience includes serving as Area Loss Prevention Manager at Lowe's Companies, Inc. from August 2003 to August 2006.
