Philip Kang

Philip Kang has extensive experience in the real estate industry, currently serving as a Real Estate Advisor at Real since October 2021 and as President of the HomeReady Team since January 2016. With a strong background in managing teams and marketing campaigns, Philip previously held the role of Team Lead at Compass from January 2019 to October 2021, and worked as a Real Estate Agent at Realty One Group from July 2010 to January 2016. Philip began in the finance sector as a Team Manager and Senior Loan Officer at Centerpointe Finance and also acted as a Loan Officer at Capital City Mortgage. Early in his career, Philip served as a Sergeant in the US Army from August 2001 to December 2005, participating in two tours in critical missions. Educational qualifications include studies at The Art Institute of California-Orange County and the University of Maryland Global Campus.
