Richa Sharma

Richa Sharma has extensive experience in program management, stakeholder coordination, and event planning within educational and corporate environments. At The University of British Columbia, Richa served as a Senior Program Assistant, contributing to the delivery of the undergraduate Psychiatry curriculum and managing communication and activities involving faculty, staff, and students. Previous roles include founding a non-governmental organization in Nepal, serving as an Executive at Nepal Republic Media, and holding a Senior Officer position at MetLife, where Richa achieved significant sales growth and trained extensive sales teams. Richa holds a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management/Marketing from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University and a Bachelor of Business Information System from Kathmandu College of Management.
