Ruchelle Ricks, MBA, OLY, serves as the Principal Owner of Property Spouses LLC since 2014, focusing on real estate, architectural design, and construction. As a Licensed Real Estate Professional at Real since August 2016 and the Director of Financial Aid at Roanoke-Chowan Community College since January 2017, Ruchelle Ricks manages extensive financial aid programs, overseeing the administration of Title IV funds, state funds, and scholarships.
