Jonathan TranPham

Jonathan TranPham is the founder and CEO of reflect, a platform that helps individuals find the right therapist. Jonathan has also served as an Advisory Council Member for Bring Change to Mind, a nonprofit organization focused on ending mental health stigma. Prior to their entrepreneurial ventures, Jonathan worked as the Head of Marketing at Everlane and as a Case Team Leader at Bain & Company. Jonathan also gained experience in strategy and business development at Gilt.com and as a Commercial MBA Marketing Intern at Genentech. Jonathan started their career as an Analyst at Accenture and later became a Manager at Monitor Deloitte.

Jonathan TranPham completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Psychology and Business from Northwestern University from 1999 to 2003. Jonathan then pursued their MBA at The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth from 2008 to 2010. In 2010, they had the opportunity to participate in an MBA Exchange program at ESSEC Business School, where they specialized in Luxury Brand Management.
