Ultima Castro currently serves as Operations Manager at reflect since May 2022, bringing extensive experience in team management and operational policy development. Prior to this role, Ultima worked at Thinkery from April 2015 to May 2022, holding several positions including Museum Operations Manager, Guest Services Manager, Visitor Services Coordinator, Visitor Services Lead, and Thinker (Direct Service Staff), all focused on improving staff retention and performance through effective team management.
