Brandon Beacher

Brandon Beacher is an experienced technology executive with a robust background in software development and engineering leadership. Currently serving as VP of Technology at SmartPath since August 2021, Brandon previously held the position of VP of Engineering at Points of Light, where significant contributions included the development of web applications for digital volunteer networking and family volunteering programs. Brandon's prior roles include CTO positions at Gather Technologies and Calendly, where successful initiatives included scaling development teams and converting business models. With experience as Director of Development at The Morrison Agency and Backend Web Team Manager at Big Nerd Ranch, Brandon has a strong track record of fostering growth, enhancing user experiences, and implementing effective software solutions. An entrepreneurial background as co-founder of SiteServers complements Brandon's extensive technical expertise, which includes proficiency in Ruby, Ruby on Rails, and various other technologies. Brandon holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
