Thibaud Carrai began their career in 2008 as a Race Engineer at Boutsen Energy Racing. In 2010, they joined Airbus Helicopters, where they held the roles of Head of Aircraft On Ground Operations, Master Production Scheduler, and Logistical Field Representative. In 2016, they co-founded Belharra Boards and in 2021, they founded Join Steer.
Thibaud Carrai attended Lycée Lacordaire from 2001 to 2004, where they earned their Baccalauréat. Thibaud then went on to earn their Diplôme d'ingénieur from Ecole Supérieure des Techniques Aéronautiques et de Construction Automobile in the field of Ingénierie des transports.
