Casper Manlangit

Casper Manlangit has extensive experience in public affairs, currently serving as a Supervisory Public Affairs Specialist at the Joint Enabling Capabilities Command since November 2017. Prior to this role, Casper worked at the United States Department of Defense from February 2007 to November 2017 as a Media Specialist, where skills in media relations and strategic communication were developed.
