Colette Ching

Colette Ching is an experienced operations analyst currently serving at Xcelerate Solutions for the Defense Threat Reduction Agency since January 2022. In addition, Colette holds the position of Joint Political-Military Planner at the Joint Enabling Capabilities Command since August 2021. Previously, Colette worked at Employer Support of the Guard & Reserve from July 2016 to July 2021 as Chief of USERRA Plans & Policy and Chief of Ombudsman Services. Colette's military experience includes roles such as Assistant Director of Operations for the 710th Combat Operations Squadron in the US Air Force Reserve and Air Battle Manager for the Hawaii Air National Guard. Colette received a Master's Degree in Military Operational Art and Science/Studies from the USAF Air Command and Staff College and earned a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism & Sociology and a Master of Education in Educational Counseling & Guidance from the University of Hawaii at Manoa.
