Tony Skinner has extensive experience in logistics and military operations, serving in the United States Air Force from September 1983 to October 2013, culminating in the role of Chief Master Sergeant. Following military service, Tony served as the Chief of Logistics Operations at the Defense Cyber Crime Center from July 2014 to August 2016, and held various leadership positions at the Joint Enabling Capabilities Command, including Deputy Director and Director of Logistics & Engineering from September 2016 to July 2019. In addition, Tony worked as a Logistics Consultant at Morgan Borszcz Consulting from March to June 2014. Tony holds an Associate's degree in Applied Science in Logistics Management from the Community College of the Air Force, an advanced certification in Logistics and Technology from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School, a Bachelor of Science in Logistics Management from Bellevue University with a 3.9 GPA, and a Master's degree in Military Operational Art and Science from Air University Air Command and Staff College.
