Jotiram Jadhav

Jotiram Jadhav has a diverse range of work experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Jotiram started their career in 1998 at Cipla Ltd., where they worked as a Department Head, overseeing various departments and managing production planning and supervision. During their time at Cipla, they were involved in projects for new manufacturing facilities and faced audits from organizations such as WHO GMP, UNICEF, MCC, and MCA.

In 2005, Jotiram joined Sandoz as a Manager of Production. Jotiram was responsible for activities such as Tech services, MDT-TB projects, and managing production capacity plants with EU, US FDA, WHO GMP, WHO Geneva, and Japanese cGMP certifications. Jotiram also achieved and exceeded production targets at Sandoz.

Jotiram then worked at Rubicon Research Pvt. Ltd. as a Senior Manager of Production from 2011 to 2013. Jotiram was fully responsible for the operations of the MHRA, USFDA, and WHO GMP certified plant, handling various technologies and manufacturing products for multiple companies.

From 2013 to 2016, Jotiram worked at Supreme Health as the Head of Technical Operations. Jotiram was responsible for the operations of the company, which intended to manufacture various products and set up its own manufacturing facility in India.

Currently, Jotiram is working at Strides as the Plant Head. Jotiram is responsible for the operations and supply chain management of two manufacturing plants, ensuring compliance with cGMP standards and regulatory requirements. Jotiram has also led the setup of new plants for different manufacturing purposes.

Overall, Jotiram Jadhav has extensive experience in managing operations, production, and regulatory compliance in the pharmaceutical industry.

Jotiram Jadhav completed their secondary school education in 1992 at Vikas Vidyalaya in Ghatkopar East, where they received their SSC (Secondary School Certificate) 10th degree. In 1994, they attended K. J. Somaiya Institute of Technology for HSC (Higher Secondary Certificate) 12th Sciences. Later on, in 1998, Jadhav obtained a Bachelor of Pharmacy (BPharm) degree from D.S.T.S Mandal's College of Pharmacy in Solapur. Furthering their education, they completed a Diploma in Industrial Management at Welingkar Institute of Management from 2001 to 2003. Lastly, they pursued an MS in Pharmaceutical Technology (PG course for working pharmacy graduates) at Vinayaka Mission's Research Foundation - University from 2008 to 2010.
