Fernando Gutiérrez

Fernando Gutiérrez has a diverse work experience that spans various roles and industries. Fernando is currently serving as the Head of Product at Jointly since 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Product Advisor at ekilu starting from 2020, and also held the position of Head of Product at the same company from 2020 to 2021.

Before joining ekilu, Fernando worked as an Engagement Manager at Cerebri AI from 2019 to 2020. Fernando also gained experience at Virtus Partners, where they worked as an Engagement Manager from 2018 to 2019 and as a Senior Consultant from 2017 to 2018.

Fernando began their career as a Summer Intern at QMC Telecom in 2016, followed by an Entrepreneur In Residence role at Rocket Internet SE. Fernando also worked at Virtus Partners as a Senior Consultant from 2015 to 2015 and as a Consultant from 2012 to 2014.

Additionally, Fernando worked as a Part-time Analyst - Intern at AFP Cuprum from 2010 to 2011 and as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at the University of California, San Diego in 2010. Fernando began their professional journey as a Part-time Project Manager - Web Developer at SinergiaUC from 2008 to 2009.

Fernando Gutiérrez's education history includes a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, which they obtained between 2015 and 2017. Prior to that, they completed their undergraduate studies at Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, where they earned an Engineer's Degree in Industrial - Information Technologies from 2006 to 2011. Additionally, in 2010, they participated in an Academic Exchange Program at UC San Diego.

In terms of certifications, Fernando obtained the "Python for Everybody" certification from Coursera in May 2020. Fernando also holds two certifications from IBM: "Enterprise Design Thinking - Team Essentials for AI," obtained in April 2020, and "Enterprise Design Thinking Practitioner," obtained in March 2020.
