Alla Grytsay is an experienced professional with over eight years of legal work in civil aviation, serving as both an Operations Team Lead and Senior Legal Counsel at Join UP! since 2019, and as Senior Legal Assistant at the Bar Association Montis. Currently, they also hold the position of Operations Team Lead at SkyUp Airlines. Alla has extensive knowledge in aviation certification and support, having worked with the State Aviation Administration of Ukraine and in commercial organizations. They earned a Bachelor's degree in Law from Kyiv National Economics University and a Master's degree in Law from the National University "Odessa Law Academy."
