Diana Natkhir

Diana Natkhir is a Change Manager and Communications Architect with a focus on strategic development and community growth. They serve as a Strategic Expert and Change Manager at the Partnership Mediation Institute, while previously holding roles in culture development and internal communications at Join UP! and SkyUp Airlines. Diana has an extensive background in the restaurant industry, rising from a waitress to the first training manager and HRD at multiple restaurant chains. Diana is also a participant and volunteer for ACMP Global and ACMP Ukraine. They hold a Master’s degree in Organization Management from the National University of Food Technologies and have pursued PhD studies in Enterprise Economy.
