Mathew Singleton has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Mathew began their career as a professional hockey player for the Huntsville Havoc from October 2013 to April 2014. After their time in hockey, they joined Pointstreak Sports Technologies as an Account Executive from February 2015 to April 2016. In 2016, they worked at 5050 Central as a Lead Installer and Customer Onboarding specialist from July 2016 to July 2017. Following that, they joined Ascend Fundraising Solutions as a Customer Success Manager from July 2017 to August 2021. Currently, they are employed at Joist as a Customer Success Manager starting in August 2021.

Mathew Singleton attended All Saints Catholic Secondary School from 2003 to 2006, where they did not pursue a specific degree or field of study. Mathew then went on to Durham College from 2007 to 2009 for general studies, again without obtaining a degree. Finally, from 2009 to 2013, they attended the State University of New York at Oswego, where they earned a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree in Psychology.
