Jokalante is a Senegalese social enterprise that targets rural areas because - 53.6% of the country's population lives in rural areas - 54.6% of the population is illiterate People living in rural areas have significantly less income and have restricted access to education. Using information and communication technologies, Jokalante's mission is to enable organisations and populations to access the information they need to improve their decision-making, no matter their language, geography, or infrastructure.
