Thomas Becker

Thomas Becker is an experienced executive in the manufacturing industry, currently serving as COO and Managing Director at Jokey Group since March 2021. Previously, Thomas held various leadership positions at Kautex Textron, including Plant Manager roles at Mallersdorf and Leer, where significant achievements included cost optimization, productivity improvements through Six Sigma, and the implementation of Industry 4.0 programs. Thomas also managed production and technology at the Barcelona plant and led quality and continuous improvement initiatives at the Wissen facility. Early career experience includes roles as Program Manager at Kautex Textron and Advanced Manufacturing Engineer at Visteon Corporation. Thomas holds a Dipl.-Ing. in Maschinenbau from RWTH Aachen University.
