Arjun Padmakumar

Arjun Padmakumar is the Director of Performance Marketing at Jolie, where they develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies. With over 8 years of digital marketing and communication experience, Arjun has demonstrated leadership in cross-functional initiatives and high-performing teams. Previously, they held significant roles at TikTok, where they managed Canada's mid-market eCommerce portfolio, and at Steps2Walk, where they directed media and content strategy. Arjun also served as an Assistant Professor at Marian College Kuttikkanam, teaching Journalism and Communication. They hold a Master of Arts in Communication and Media Studies from Christ University, Bangalore, and a Certificate in Digital Marketing from York University.
