Sam Shiah is the SVP of Partnerships at Jolly, where they focus on using data-driven strategies to enhance employee performance and loyalty. Sam co-founded Wall Street Mastermind, a company designed to transform the investment banking recruiting process through personalized mentorship and guidance. Previously, Sam held various roles in prominent financial institutions, including Deutsche Bank, Morgan Stanley, and Square, where they accumulated significant experience in investment banking and strategic finance. Sam earned a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of California, Berkeley.
