Chris Scott is a seasoned learning and development professional with extensive experience in creating and implementing training structures across various organizations. Currently serving as the Learning and Development Manager at Jollyes-The Pet People, Chris focuses on building a robust training culture. Previous roles include Director at The Practical Trainer Ltd, where Chris developed a range of training solutions for businesses, and Learning and Development Manager at Bensons for Beds, leading L&D initiatives. Chris also held significant positions at Welcome Break, The-Method, The MSG Group, and M. H.
