Thomas Miconnet has held a variety of roles in the legal and compliance field since 2012. From 2012-2013, they were a Juriste stagiaire Propriété Intellectuelle at Cabinet de maître Bormans spécialisé en propriété intellectuelle et droit des nouvelles technologies. During this time, they were responsible for drafting contracts related to intellectual property, conducting legal research and providing legal support. From 2013-2014, they were a Juriste Propriété Intellectuelle at IN CONCRETO Cabinet de Conseils en Propriété Industrielle, where they were responsible for drafting and negotiating intellectual property contracts, licensing agreements and IT contracts. From 2015-2017, they worked as a Juriste Contrats Informatiques, Données Personnelles et Propriété Intellectuelle at Cegedim and then as a Juriste Propriété Intellectuelle et en Droit des Nouvelles Technologies at DREYFUS & ASSOCIES. In these roles, they were responsible for drafting, negotiating and registering intellectual property contracts, IT contracts and data protection contracts. In 2017, they took on the role of Juriste IP/IT & Data Privacy at vente-privee, where they were responsible for drafting and negotiating IT contracts and data protection clauses. In 2019, they moved to Numen as Juriste Unique Généraliste / Contrats Informatiques / Data Privacy / Propriété Intellectuelle. Finally, in 2018, they co-founded Joltee and has served as the Chief Legal and Compliance Officer since.
