Garima Sahdev

Garima Sahdev has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Garima co-founded Jombone in 2019 and currently serves as the Co-Founder & COO. Prior to that, they worked as a Recruitment Consultant at Fuze HR Solutions from 2017 to 2019. From 2016 to 2017, they held the position of Account Manager at Randstad Canada. Garima also worked as a Recruitment Consultant at Mustang Global Employment Inc. from 2014 to 2016. Earlier in their career, Garima worked at Clairvolex as a Coordinator in the Patent Science Team, where they conducted patent search and analytics, assisted inventors in filing new pharmaceutical processes and compositions, and managed customer relationships. Garima also worked as a Patent Specialist at PatInt Solutions India Pvt. Ltd. and performed tasks such as managing patent projects, conducting analyses, and preparing business proposals. Garima began their career as a Trainee Patent Attorney at KAN AND KRISHME, where they gained experience in patent filing, drafting responses, and oppositions. Prior to that, they worked as a Patent Specialist at Lexadigm Solutions Pvt. Ltd. and as a Patent Associate at an IP Firm.

Garima Sahdev's education history begins in 2002 when they pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry Honors from Delhi University. Garima completed this degree in 2005. Following this, they enrolled at Hemwati Nandan Bahuguna Garhwal University, where they obtained a Master's Degree in Pharmaceutical Chemistry between 2005 and 2007. Garima furthered their education in 2020 at the University of Toronto, where they are currently studying Human Resources Management. In addition to their formal education, in April 2019, Garima obtained a certification in WHMIS 2015 for workers from Worksite Health & Safety Consultants.
