David Weil

David Weil has a diverse and extensive work experience in the technology industry. David started their career as a Programmer at Control Data (Canada) in 1992 and worked there until 1995. From 1995 to 1996, they served as a System Administrator at CORE Digital Pictures. In 1996, they worked as a Contract Technical Writer at Sitraka formerly KL Group before transitioning into the role of a Software Developer there from 1997 to 2001.

Afterwards, they joined Sitraka Software as a Software Developer from 2001 to 2002 and then moved on to Quest Software, where they held the position of Software Developer from 2002 to 2012. During their time at Quest Software, they made significant contributions to the development of Foglight web UI toolkit, writing Javascript widgets and designing a multi-dimensional theme model.

In 2012, David joined Dell as a Software Developer and played a key role in developing a next generation application monitoring product. David worked on various new technologies, such as Apache Spark Streaming, to extract data fields from HTTP transaction traces and browser events. David then associated them with pass/fail rules to construct success metrics for popular e-commerce platforms. David'stenure at Dell lasted until 2016.

Most recently, David Weil joined The Jonah Group in 2017, where they currently hold the position of Senior Software Developer.

David Weil has a Bachelor of Mathematics degree in Applied Mathematics and Computer Science from the University of Waterloo.
