Randy started at Jonard Tools in May 2020 as the Vice President of Sales & Marketing. He has been a strong motivational leader, skilled negotiator, excellent communicator with additional expertise hiring, managing, coaching & training productive employees. Randy has demonstrated the ability to conceptualize and execute marketing and sales strategies that increased customer base, revenue & profit as well as inspiring his peers to do the same. He is highly accomplished in evaluating company processes, identifying problems, creating cost saving solutions as well as cultivating and maintaining high level relationships. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family, boating & fishing.
