Danielle McConnell has extensive experience in customer support and account management, having served as Vice President of Customer Support at Jonas Construction Software since March 2006, with a progressive career path including roles such as Director of Customer Support, Support Manager, Team Lead Support, and Customer Support Analyst. Prior to this, Danielle was National Account Manager at Xtra Mechanical Limited from November 1997 to September 2002, where responsibilities included hiring subcontractors, preparing startup packages for clients, and managing accounts receivable and payable along with dispatch and inside sales tasks.
